Periodontitis, popularly known as periodontitis, is an infectious disease caused by bacteria in dental plaque and tartar, i.e. insufficient oral hygiene. Risk factors such as smoking, stress, diabetes and other diseases can exacerbate periodontitis. Periodontitis without appropriate treatment can lead to tooth loss.
Symptoms include bleeding gums, bad breath, exposed necks and tooth roots.
Treatment of periodontitis requires a comprehensive approach and cooperation between a periodontist and a dental hygienist. On the basis of a thorough examination, therapy is chosen. After that, the hygienist will remove plaque around your teeth and tartar. Further treatment is then chosen according to the condition of the periodontal and the degree of its destruction.
We provide comprehensive periodontal care, including conservative and surgical treatment of periodontitis, preventive, therapeutic and aesthetic periodontal procedures.
PRICELISTPeriodontitis is caused by imperfect or neglected oral hygiene. The most difficult part of my job is not to remove the consequences of periodontitis, but to get the patient to brush their teeth properly and to visit a dental hygienist regularly.
